Juvederm (Dermal Fillers) near Snoqualmie North Bend Issaquah Sammamish
Juvederm injectable filler is one of the most popular dermal fillers in the United States, with five types of Juvederm products available to plump lips, restore volume, smooth lines, and treat wrinkles and facial folds.

Made from hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring sugar found in the skin, Juvederm products are safe and produce natural-looking results. Hyaluronic acid is a natural moisturizer that our bodies produce for a variety of uses. As we age, our skin’s support structure deteriorates. Hyaluronic acid has proven effective at filling the gaps left behind by aging and remodeling our skin’s underlying infrastructure.
Hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers deliver immediate results that last from 9 months up to one year. Repeat procedures that utilize smaller injections can be used to refresh the rejuvenating effects of Juvederm.

JUVEDERM® VOLUMA XC helps restore that attractive fullness to your cheeks. As you age, the cheeks may flatten and the skin may begin to sag. This is caused by natural loss of volume in the cheek area, or what the experts call age-related midface volume loss. VOLUMA is designed to add volume beneath the skin's surface, which provides lift and contour to the cheek area.
JUVEDERM® VOLLURE XC is injected into the areas of facial tissue where moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds occur, including the smile/laugh lines around the nose and mouth also known as nasolabial folds. VOLLURE is designed to correct facial wrinkles for a smoother appearance.

JUVEDERM® VOLBELLA XC injectable gel is for injection into the lips for lip augmentation and for correction of perioral lines (lines around the mouth), often called lipstick lines, vertical lip lines, or lip wrinkles.
JUVEDERM® ULTRA PLUS XC corrects moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the parentheses lines or "smile/laugh lines" around the nose and mouth, also known as nasolabial folds.

JUVEDERM® ULTRA XC is an injectable gel that adds more fullness and plumps thin lips—whether your lips have thinned over time or you simply want fuller lips.

Dermal Fillers (Juvederm) FAQ
What is JUVEDERM?
JUVEDERM® is the #1 selling collection of hyaluronic acid fillers in the U.S. Each product in the JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers adds volume to a different area of the face—without surgery. All JUVÉDERM® fillers are smooth, crystal-clear gels that are administered by injection in your aesthetic healthcare provider's office.

Where is JUVEDERM used?
Different formulations are approved to either volumize cheeks, smooth facial wrinkles and folds, smooth lines around the mouth, or plump the lips. The results are subtle and long-lasting.

What is hyaluronic acid?
The JUVEDERM® Collection of Fillers is made from hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is a natural substance in the skin that delivers nutrients, helps the skin retain moisture and softness, and adds volume. Each product in the JUVEDERM® Collection of Fillers is made from a modified form of HA.

What is the treatment experience like?
Your aesthetic healthcare provider will take your medical history and provide a facial analysis. Be prepared to discuss your aesthetic areas of concern. This is not a surgical treatment. Actual treatment with JUVÉDERM® injectable gels can take 15 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on which area of your face is being treated.

Does it hurt?
JUVEDERM® injectable gels labeled with "XC" contain pain-reducing lidocaine to help manage pain or discomfort during the injection. You may also ask your aesthetic healthcare provider about a topical numbing cream or ice to help further minimize discomfort.

When will I see results?
You will see results immediately/instantly.

How long do results last?
Results may last 9 months to two years. Please read each product description to see how long results last with each formula and treatment area, based on what was observed in clinical studies.
Are there any reasons I shouldn’t receive JUVEDERM® injectable gel fillers?
Do not receive JUVEDERM® injectable gel fillers if you have a history of severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), or if you are allergic to lidocaine or the proteins (Gram-positive bacterial proteins) used to make hyaluronic acid (HA) in JUVEDERM® injectable gel fillers.
