Medical Spa Policies

Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy to our Medical Spa professionals, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise you may be charged 10% of the service price for late cancellation or 30% for not showing up.

Return Policy:
No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.

Check In Policy:
Please read and fill out the online forms before the appointment and arrive on time. If you arrive late, your allotted time may be shortened, or we may have to cancel your service and charge the late cancellation fee. If you are running late, please call us at your earliest convenience so we may try to accommodate you.

Tipping Policy:

We do not accept tips for advanced services like Laser treatments, Body Contouring, BroadBand Light (BBL), Botox, and Dermal Fillers. For Facials, Chemical Peels, and Dermaplaning, tips are optional and can be given at your discretion either in cash or added to your card payment.
